How many guests can visit Zen Garden on a day rental?

For daytime stays without overnight accommodation, we accept up to 40 guests. All groups have exclusive access to the entire property — no other guests during your visit.

What is included in the day rental price?

The price includes: heated 10×5m pool, garden with sun loungers, BBQ, outdoor kitchen, Bluetooth sound system (200W), table tennis, summer house and parking. Food and drinks are not included — feel free to bring your own catering.

What are the check-in and check-out times for day rental?

Check-in starts at 1 pm and check-out is by 10 pm the same day — 9 full hours. If we had no guests the day before, early entry may be possible by arrangement.

Is the pool heated all year round?

Yes, the pool is electrically heated and available year-round. Water temperature is adjusted to guests' preferences — enjoy warm water in spring, autumn or on cooler summer days.

How much does day rental cost?

Prices start from €350 on weekdays. Weekend and holiday rates are higher — contact us for an exact quote for your preferred date.

How do I get to Zen Garden from Belgrade?

Can we bring our own food, drinks and decorations?

Absolutely! Feel free to bring catering, homemade food and decorations. The outdoor kitchen and BBQ are at your disposal. The only restriction is external sound equipment and live music.
